Offer Terms and Conditions

• The discount is applied to the final monthly payment(s) if the full contract duration is fulfilled:
  • Health Plus Offer: Discount is calculated over all months and applied to final payment(s). E.g., in 10 months, the last month would be free.
• Health Plus Offer: Medical, Health Sciences (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) students, medical residents, and faculty in those departments.
• Health Plus and 360 Reasons offers apply to 10-month stays (September to June).
• The Health Plus offer cannot be combined with other offers unless the contrary is specified, and is limited to the first 50 residents or until August 10, whichever comes first.
• The remaining deposit up to €500 must be paid before August 15, or at the time of booking if booked later.
