1. FORMULARIO DE CONTACTO e INFORMACIÓN: RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO
El Responsable del Tratamiento de los datos recabados a través del
presente formulario de contacto es la sociedad MK ARMILLA, S.L.,
con N.I.F. nº B-10666907, y domicilio en Calle Paseo de Gracia 103, 2º
- 2ª; 08008 – BARCELONA.
MK ARMILLA, S.L. tratará los datos facilitados a través del formulario
de contacto e información, con la finalidad de atender la solicitud de
contacto e información.
Base jurídica: La base jurídica que legitima el tratamiento, es el
consentimiento del usuario manifestado en el momento de enviar su
solicitud de contacto e información.
Plazo de conservación: Los datos serán tratados durante el tiempo
necesario para resolver la solicitud de contacto del usuario.
Posteriormente serán bloqueados y conservados durante 3 años para
la atención de las posibles responsabilidades derivadas del
tratamiento.
En el formulario se incluye la casilla para aceptar las comunicaciones
comerciales conforme se indica en el punto 4. ENVÍO DE
COMUNICACIONES COMERCIALES.
El usuario podrá retirar el consentimiento prestado y ejercer sus
derechos en cualquier momento, tal y como se indica en el apartado 3.

2. EDAD DEL USUARIO
El usuario garantiza tener 16 años o más y que la información
facilitada es exacta y veraz. En caso de ser menor de 16 años, el
usuario deberá abstenerse de completar el formulario.
3. DERECHOS DEL USUARIO Y CÓMO EJERCERLOS
La normativa de protección de datos garantiza a los Usuarios los
siguientes derechos:
- Acceso: Permite al Usuario conocer qué información se tiene,
de dónde se ha obtenido, a quién se ha facilitado y con qué usos
se ha tratado.
- Rectificación: Permite al Usuario rectificar algún dato erróneo o
desactualizado.
- Supresión: Permite al Usuario conseguir que se dejen de tratar
sus datos.
- Oposición: Permite al Usuario conseguir que se dejen de
utilizar sus datos con una finalidad concreta.
- Limitación: Permite al Usuario restringir el tratamiento de sus
datos, pero de forma que sean conservados para alguna

Sólo es aplicable para tratamientos informatizados realizados
con el consentimiento del Usuario o para el cumplimiento de un
contrato.
- Revocación del consentimiento: Permite al Usuario retirar el
consentimiento que, en su caso, haya prestado para el
tratamiento de sus datos.
Los usuarios pueden ejercitar los mencionados derechos ante el
Responsable de Tratamiento, por correo postal a la dirección de MK
ARMILLA, S.L. domiciliada en el Paseo de Gracia 103, 2º - 2ª; 08008 –
BARCELONA, o por correo electrónico a granada@yugo.com. Si los
Usuarios desean más información al respecto o consideran vulnerado
su derecho a la protección de datos, podrán ponerse en contacto con
la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
4. ENVÍO DE COMUNICACIONES COMERCIALES:
Cuando marque la correspondiente casilla debajo del formulario de
contacto MK ARMILLA, S.L. podrá enviar las comunicaciones
comerciales o publicitarias relativas a servicios, productos, novedades
o eventos organizados por MK ARMILLA, S.L. que puedan resultar de
su interés. Asimismo, se informa al usuario de que las comunicaciones
comerciales que solicite el usuario podrán ser remitidas por cualquier
medio, incluido el electrónico: e-mail, sms o utilizando las plataformas
de mensajería instantánea tipo WhatsApp. MK ARMILLA, S.L. podrá
verificar la recepción y lectura de las comunicaciones realizadas a
través del correo electrónico. En este sentido, los emails remitidos
podrán incluir enlaces e imágenes diminutas y transparentes que
estarán asociadas a su dirección de correo electrónico. De esta forma,
cuando se descarga una de estas imágenes o se accede a los enlaces
contenidos en el correo electrónico, MK ARMILLA, S.L. puede saber a
efectos estadísticos si el correo se ha abierto o si se ha accedido a
algún enlace desde dicho correo. Podrá impedir estos usos
configurando su gestor o programa de correo electrónico para impedir
la descarga automatizada de imágenes, así como no accediendo a los
enlaces incluidos en los correos electrónicos que reciba.
En cada comunicación el usuario podrá oponerse a recibir este tipo de
información a través de los mecanismos específicos para tramitar la
baja, así como solicitar en su caso su derecho de revocación de
consentimiento, oposición o supresión.
5. ¿CON QUIÉN COMPARTIMOS SUS DATOS?
Los datos se podrán compartir con otras sociedades de nuestro grupo
o gestores de la residencia cuando sea necesario para gestionar
adecuadamente la relación con y peticiones de los usuarios. La base
jurídica que legitima la comunicación de estos datos es la necesidad
para ejecutar las peticiones de los usuarios y/o el consentimiento
incluido en la solicitud del usuario.
Salvo esta comunicación o cuando estemos obligados a ello por la
legislación vigente MK ARMILLA, S.L. no facilitará la información a
ningún tercero.
